My research interests center on leadership development, mentoring, and creating healthy, inclusive work environments where people can thrive. I am especially passionate about how technology, organizational culture, and developmental relationships shape leader identity, psychological well-being, and access to opportunity. Through my work, I hope to contribute research that helps organizations build more supportive, equitable, and human-centered systems.
