At the micro-level, Arielle is interested in how individual's racial prototypicality (in appearance as well as social status) create intragroup variation in the experience of interracial interactions at work. At the macro-level, Arielle is also interested in examining perceptions of organizational diversity and legitimacy based on the racial prototypicality of internal stakeholders.
