Identity management behaviors, intersectionality, workplace discrimination, prejudicial reduction strategies

My research quantitively recognizes the deleterious impacts that minority employees experience in their work environments and provides evidence-based solutions that dismantle prejudicial and discriminatory experiences toward underrepresented groups.
