Research Areas
Executive Morality, Social Class, Social Imprinting Theory
My work explores the impact of past experiences, including cognitive development and past roles, on leaders' strategic decision-making and social behaviors. Using my past entrepreneurial and counselor knowledge, I leverage social imprinting theory to explore how individuals’ cognitions, values, and strategic tendencies evolve in response to significant life events.
