Christopher is a 5th-year Management Science & Engineering doctoral candidate at Stanford University who is passionate about employee well-being. His research interests sit at the intersection of social connection, identity, and technology. Christopher is particularly interested in the social implications of technology and how social identity may influence perceptions and experiences of workplace interactions. He aspires to understand how organizations can create workplace environments where both organizational goals and the welfare of their members are considered.
