I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at the University of North Texas, entering the final year of my program with an expected graduation in May 2027. My scholarly identity centers on understanding the subtle interpersonal mechanisms through which people manage social standing, emotion, and connection at work, with a focus on humor as my overarching theme and research interest.
