Humanities, Technology, Business Decision-Making, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management
My research focuses on the intersection of AI, human decision-making, and the future of work—examining how knowledge evolves into judgment and action in human and machine systems. Particular emphasis is placed on epistemology in the age of AI, exploring how wisdom is created, its limits, and how to ensure technology strengthens human-directed futures.

Teaching Experience
I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and Technology Leadership at Bowie State University, with a focus on the intersection of AI and business. My approach is discussion-driven and experiential, using simulations, real-world cases, and applied projects to connect theory to practice. I aim to equip students with critical thinking, decision-making, and adaptability skills needed to lead in an AI-driven world.
