Research Areas
Inequality, Social Class, Leadership
My research interests combine inequality, leadership, and human resources processes. Specifically, my focus is concentrated on (1) leadership, (2) social class, and (3) inequality. My underlying goal is to integrate these streams into management research and to increase consideration of the inclusion-related topics to both scholars and practitioners alike.
