I successfully completed my first-year paper in January 2023, and I was able to move forward within my PhD program in Organization Studies program.

Professional Development Workshop (PDW) proposal submission titled "Understanding the Challenges in Measuring Subtle Bias: Context Conscious DEI Research", was selected to be sponsored by the DEI division of the Academy of Management for the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management taking place August 2023 in Boston, Massachusetts.
