Research Areas
Social Evaluations, Emotional Dynamics, Organizational Contexts
My research examines how social signals shape evaluations and opportunity in organizations. Across my work, I focus on how individuals navigate identity-related constraints and how organizations manage difference, emotion, and deviation. Using contexts such as linguistic diversity, DEI initiatives, leadership, technology transfer, and work–life experiences, I aim to move beyond to offer new ways of understanding social perception and behavior at work.
