Research Areas

Teams, Shared Leadership, Informal Relationships, Team Change

My research focuses on team dynamics in changing environments, including shifts in membership and leadership structures, and how these transitions affect collaboration and performance over time. I am particularly interested in how teams share information and distribute leadership to build adaptable, cohesive members capable of stepping into one another’s roles when needed.
