Research Areas

Organizational behavior and human resources (OBHR) and veterans

My research interests centers on human resource development and veterans in the workforce, particularly how learning, leadership, and organizational support systems influence career transition, identity, and long-term success. I am especially interested in examining how employees can better leverage veterans' knowledge, skills, and abilities while designing inclusive workplace practices that foster professional development, engagement, and retention. Throughout this work, I aim to contribute research that bridges theory and practice to improve both workforce outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
