Co-author, manuscript in preparation examining systemic and structural barriers facing Black professionals in corporate America (target: organizational behavior journal). Developer of QuantRankAI, an AI-powered financial analysis platform incorporating the Beneish M-Score for earnings manipulation detection across major equity indexes.
My research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior and systemic equity, with a particular focus on the structural barriers facing underrepresented professionals in corporate America. I am also drawn to the application of artificial intelligence and data analytics in financial and management decision-making. As an incoming doctoral student at Morgan State University's Earl G. Graves School of Business, I bring practitioner perspectives from entrepreneurship, fitness, and ministry into my scholarly work.
